Meet Ari

A friend to talk to. Help at the press of a button.

Ari is the small friend your loved one wears every day, and the voice of the arinu service. A soft, rounded body, one big button and a ring of light. Just say "Hey Ari" and start talking.

The SOS button

Large and slightly raised, so it's easy to find by touch. Hold it for a few seconds to call for help, so a bump won't set it off. A trained specialist at a professional monitoring center will answer.

The status ring

A frosted ring around the button stays dark most of the time. It glows soft white while Ari is listening, amber when something needs attention, and red only in an emergency. Each state has its own pattern too, so it reads without color vision.

The logo is the speaker

The 4 × 4 dots of the arinu symbol are the speaker holes. Nothing goes in the ear, so it works with hearing aids.

Just say "Hey Ari"

Ari listens for its name, then talks back in a voice they like. There's no screen to read and nothing to tap.

Fall detection

Motion and air-pressure sensors notice a hard fall. Ari checks in, and if there's no answer, it calls for help.

Charging

Stands upright in a bedside dock to charge. A USB-C port on the side charges it too, and takes wired headphones with an adapter.

A color for each resident

Two people at home? Two colors, two care plans.

Each resident wears their own Ari in their own color, with their own persona, reminders and medical needs. Personal information is spoken only to the person it belongs to.

Designed for real life

Made to be worn, not hidden in a drawer.

Medical alert pendants have looked the same for decades, and many people refuse to wear them. Ari is designed to look like something you would choose for yourself: a clean, rounded shape in a color you like.

A stainless steel spring clip on the back grips a shirt pocket, lapel or waistband, and it can be replaced if it ever wears out. For those who prefer it around the neck, a lanyard threads through the top.

There is no screen to read and nothing to tap. Talk to Ari, or press the button.
